Yohn Baldwin, President, Project Executive
Yohn is a forth generation carpenter and has been involved in construction projects most of his life, giving him a deep understanding of all facets of the industry. Since 1998, Yohn has helped Baldwin General Contracting sustain robust growth by focusing much of his time on company values, culture, and driving construction technology advancements and innovative practices into the company. Yohn serves on the board of directors for the Columbia Chapter of the Associated General Contractors and is a chair member of the AGC workforce and professional development committee.
Tim Hulse, Project Manager
Tim has 22 years in the industry and comes to Baldwin General Contracting after serving as principle of an Alaskan contractor performing large, multi-phase projects. Tim works closely with the project superintendents to ensure that all clients and field employees experience the same high quality approach and commitment they have learned to expect from our company. Tim also participates with the management group in strategic planning and goal setting. Tim is a certified EMT and has spent much of his time volunteering for local fire districts.
