Located in Millersburg, the JBC Product Management building is an excellent example of BGCI working with an owner in the design / build method to achieve project-specific expectations. Completed on an aggressive 120 day schedule, this 12,500 square foot distribution warehouse was built directly adjacent to the current JBC facilities. By the overlapping of design, permit and construction schedules, BGCI was able to mitigate the impact of site activities to the JBC daily operations. The scope included approximately 158,000 square feet of site improvements with parking lot expansions, storm water detention, franchise and municipal utilities construction and site concrete. Interior build out involved 1500 square foot of administrative offices, restrooms, break rooms and dispatch area.
