Natural Point

Baldwin General acted as Construction Manager and General Contractor in the construction of this 20,000 square foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility. We worked closely with the owner and design professionals to improve constructability and save cost. Self-performing key components of the building construction, such as rough carpentry, PEB erection, window and door installations and finish carpentry allowed work flow to be managed and adapted to phasing changes. Exterior finishes feature stucco walls with clear vertical grain fir accent bands and architectural sheet metal soffits. Large glass curtain walls, floating full light corner windows, and clear story storefront type window systems take advantage of the panoramic views. Inside, class A finishes are found throughout, polished concrete, tile, level 5 smooth walls, high end fixtures and anodized aluminum window and door frames.
