OSU Federal Credit Union selected Baldwin General for the construction of their newest branch in Lebanon Oregon through an RFP process. Preconstruction efforts included careful planning of construction phasing and confined site utilization to minimize the impact on surrounding business and the construction schedule. Site work included utilities, parking lots, walks, and storm water detention that featured a swale integrated into the landscape architecture. Exterior features include masonry columns, cedar siding and trim, store front systems, and drive thru banking equipment and controls. Several progressive design components included an exterior rain screen system, high vaulted skylights, energy efficient direct and passive lighting, and mechanical / electrical / security systems integrations. Class A office interior finishes feature level five smooth walls, institutional case work integrating bank equipment, and drive-up window apparatus.
