Philomath Middle School

The project consisted of Architectural renovation, mechanical and electrical upgrades to a 65,000 square foot Middle School building on an aggressive 44 work day schedule. Site work included constructing new emergency access roads, new fire water mains & vaults, and parking lot asphalt sealing and re-striping. A complete exterior renovation with new windows, siding and painting was done in step with interior work throughout the school, involving a total re-piping of domestic water, upgrades to hydronic and HVAC systems, new lighting, new doors, grid ceilings and architectural finishes. Additionally, design and permitting of a new automatic fire sprinkler system was done concurrently with the installation to prevent impacts to the master schedule.
