As CM/GC, Baldwin General constructed this 4,000 square foot community bank building and associated site development on a tight 90 day schedule. The interior and exterior build outs were prosecuted concurrently in order to meet the grand opening deadline. Work consisted of site utilities, building and site concrete, parking lots, structural steel erection, rough carpentry, masonry, stucco, storefront systems, M.E.P. and finishes. BGCI worked in collaboration with the owner’s user groups, interior and Architectural design teams to facilitate the installation of bank equipment, fixtures, building specialties and interior finishes. Of special note is the clear vertical grain fir trim work, which was self-performed by Baldwin General finish carpenters.
