Baldwin's insurance requirements have been developed to protect our customers, ourselves and all the subcontractors working on our projects. While these requirements have been developed with protection and safety in mind, we have also striven to make our insurance requirements fair and commercially reasonable for all involved. Insurance requirements must be provided and approved in order for a subcontractor to access our work sites.
