When visitors, patients, and the general community come through the doors at Philomath Family Medicine this September, they’ll be walking into a whole new experience thanks to the time and dedication Baldwin General Contracting has spent carefully constructing a new building for the healthcare facility that first opened its doors in Philomath in 1977.
Now 46 years later, Philomath Family Medicine is ready for a touch of care and attention in a 7,600 square feet build that includes a larger lobby to accommodate check-ins, more space for training, and a memorial area for loved ones, among other notable features.
Along with Baldwin serving as the project contractor, construction on the new building that started back in April was designed by the Albany-based Varitone Architecture.
