  • Renovations included complete dismantle and restoration of historic woodwork down to concrete and brick structure for installation of complex structural steel seismic strengthening.
  • Installation of completely new MEP&F systems.
  • Work completed on a fast-track schedule to accommodate owner move temp location requirements.
