SCOPE

  • 175,000 square feet
  • Seven story tower with exterior and interior stair systems, programable partition room, roof top deck, and fenestrations with anchors at every floor for repelling.
  • Includes classrooms, restrooms, conference room, and offices.
  • Site work included over 130,000 square feet of concrete paving, poured in place 30,000-gallon underground water tank, and oil water separators at storm drain outlets.
