- 13,477 square feet vertical construction
- Slab on grade with pre-engineered metal building, architectural metal cladding and aluminume SF fenestrations
- Classroom instruction spaces, student restroom facilities, open shop areas and mechanical lofts
- Institutional grade wall and floor finishes, casework, doors – hardware, fixtures and MEPF
- Site improvements involved 40,000 sf of underground power utilities, parking, and emergency access roadway
