- Class A finishes, FF&E, and window/door packages with commercial kitchen/bar, food & beverage service equipment & fixtures
- Private & public areas, pool, fitness, lounge, conference rooms, and outdoor patio area, fire pit, fountain and pickle ball courts
- 220,000 sf of Site construction including parking lots, 300 lineal feet of structural retaining wall, and future tenants building pad preparation
