Renovation and addition to existing tennis facility featuring viewing lounge, restrooms, and community room.
SCOPE
- 22,000 square feet vertical construction
- Building Addition Type 2 construction, slab on grade, structural steel, concrete over metal deck
- Significant selective deconstruction of existing structure to accommodate addition and building improvements
- 28,000 sf of site improvements including parking lot expansion, new landscape amenities, ADA ramps, concrete walks, and asphalt overlay
- Community support including weekly meetings with user groups to help guild interior design decisions
