SCOPE

  • 12,120 square feet vertical construction
  • Slab on grade, heavy section, pre-engineered metal building with wide flange post & beam, concrete on metal deck mezzanines
  • Decorative CMU, architectural metal soffites, trim and wall panel exterior cladding
  • 4.5 acres of site improvements including curb/gutter, AC parking lots, ramps & walks, pedestrian, and landscape amenities
  • Interior build-out includes air/fluids distribution piping & hose management systems, truck lifts, exhaust evac system, wash equip
