Ground-up construction of Transportation Fleet operations campus, maintenance shop, and administrative offices.
SCOPE
- 12,120 square feet vertical construction
- Slab on grade, heavy section, pre-engineered metal building with wide flange post & beam, concrete on metal deck mezzanines
- Decorative CMU, architectural metal soffites, trim and wall panel exterior cladding
- 4.5 acres of site improvements including curb/gutter, AC parking lots, ramps & walks, pedestrian, and landscape amenities
- Interior build-out includes air/fluids distribution piping & hose management systems, truck lifts, exhaust evac system, wash equip
