Renovation of Sport Performance Center

21,000 square foot team weight room located adjacent to OSU practice fields at Reser Stadium in Corvallis, OR.
Converted the large, wide-open space with raw concrete floors into a state-of-the-art weight training facility with OSU-logoed rubber athletic flooring surrounding a 3,800 square foot field turf area simulating actual field conditions.
New aluminum storefront windows and doors
The completed facility ‘sports’ 20 large weight machines, 50 smaller exercise machines, dozens of TV monitors, a Gatorade® Fuel Center with stainless steel countertops, and it features a decorative, powder-coated perforated aluminum ceiling system at its entry
