On a recent episode of the Crushing It In Construction, Baldwin General Contracting’s own President, Yohn Baldwin, was the featured guest and took time to share his extensive expertise and valuable insight with host Jordan Skinner.
Yohn dove into his own story growing up in a farm in Corvallis, discussed childhood and life lessons that he’s relied on as an executive, to becoming a high-flying touring musician, packing it in and utilizing his range of hands-on skills to grow from s solo operation to 100 employees and counting as a general contractor.
“Our mission statement is to identify, recruit, support, and retain only the best people,” Yohn explained when asked what’s next for the business of Baldwin.
“Because we have to have the best people. That call to greatness. That call to the true north, it has to be there. So yes, our plan is to grow.”
